THE BUDGET ALLOCATED TO EACH OF THE ORGANISATION'S AGENCIES, INDICATING THE PARTICULARS OF ALL PLANS, PROPOSED EXPENDITURES AND REPORTS ON DISBURSEMENTS MADE

 


There is no agency or branch of SSCAC Secretariat. The budget provision for SSCAC Secretariat is approved by the Ministry of Water Resources every year. Clause-XIV Sub-Clause 16 (10) of the Award provides that the expenditure of the Secretariat of SSCAC shall be borne by the Party States of Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Rajasthan equally. The funds for meeting the expenses of the SSCAC Secretariat is sanctioned and provided by Ministry of Water Resources every year as Non-Plan expenditure. Based on budget estimate of existing year and actual expenditure of previous year, expenses are to be paid equally in advance by the four participating States to Ministry of Water Resources.
