The meetings of SSCAC, PSC of SSCAC and Monitoring Committee are organised by this office. The Agenda and Minutes of the Meetings are prepared. Hence, the Agenda and Minutes of the meetings in Report form are available in the office.

Half yearly Status Reports of Dam and Power House works are prepared and these reports are available in this office.

The Annual Reports of SSCAC are also available in the office.
